We have been trading at this site on Great North Road Newark Nottinghamshire for over fifty years. Up to the 31st March 2008 we traded as Briggs Metals. From the 1st April 2008 we became Briggs Metals Limited.
We have a fantastic location and are ideally placed 500 metres off the Newark A46 bypass diagonally across from British Sugar - a landmark that can be seen from any approach to us. The A1 link is only a short distance down the road. Alternatively give us a call.
Since the 1990’s a great many changes have taken place here with the development of our site to meet Environmental Legislation. We are constantly improving and developing our site and services. January 2007 saw the launch of our 1600 hp Lindemann Shredder to compliment our 650t Louritex Shear/Baler. As our industry is ever changing we are committed to changing with it.
